We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join the national People & Culture Team based in Warwick Farm. This is a 3-month contract with a strong likelihood to convert to a permanent position. About the opportunity: In this role you will have an immediate impact, being trained on systems and processes so you can provide early support in job briefs and advertising. Over time you will partner with leaders to build their capability, lift hiring quality and help mature a national recruitment function. The successful candidate will undertake the below: - Proactively source, attract and engage high quality talent
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Source, screen and interview candidates using multiple channels
- Prepare job ads, shortlist candidates and manage on-boarding
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets
