We are seeking to appoint an experienced Brand Manager to join our Victorian Marketing Department based at Burwood.

About the opportunity:

This exciting opportunity will be responsible for a portfolio of dealerships/brands and supporting their respective marketing functions. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

• Developing, implementing, and executing retail-focused ATL & BTL marketing campaigns and activities for a portfolio of automotive brands
• Dealership activations and Partnership/Sponsorship management
• Leading the digital marketing strategy and execution to enhance engagement, positioning and message effectiveness
• Provide key input into briefing and executing creative, media and social campaigns
• Brand information management and adherence to the corporate identity (CI) of multiple brands
• Budget preparation and schedule planning
• Social Media planning and calendar management
• Provide a willingness to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple channels with varied requirements

About you:

Success in this role requires attention to detail, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

• Tertiary qualified in marketing, business or communications with 5+ years’ demonstrated marketing experience in brand or retail marketing roles
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Googles Ads, and other digital marketing tools and platforms
• Creative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and pro-active, able to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve targets
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail, task orientation and system adherence
• Automotive experience is favourable but not mandatory
• A current driver’s license and your own vehicle
