We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our busy Mercedes-Benz team on a full-time basis at our Mosman dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
• Assisting potential clients with enquiries
• Booking vehicles for service and recalls in ERA and Excel
• Performing general administrative support duties

Requirements:

• Proven reception experience in a corporate environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
