About the opportunity:

We are seeking a Parts Storeperson to join our Burwood team, responsible for picking and packing orders, completing deliveries, and providing professional customer service while supporting a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities;

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling enquiries promptly and professionally

• Pick, pack, and process orders accurately, including stock control and replenishment

• Complete delivery runs and assist with general warehouse operations and housekeeping

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all processes meet quality standards

• Work collaboratively with team members and support internal departments as required

• Follow all Workplace Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

About you:

You will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role or related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with solid computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform under pressure as part of a team
• A strong knowledge of WHS practices and safety procedures 
• A current Class C driver's license and relevant education (school certificate or equivalent)
