This full time role is suited to someone who enjoys chatting to customers and is an exceptionally safe driver. About the opportunity: As a Courtesy Bus Driver, you will provide safe, reliable and professional transport for customers while their vehicles are being serviced. This role is highly customer-focused and suited to someone friendly, punctual and safety-conscious. The successful candidate will undertake the below: - Understanding the impact that exceptional service can have on the teams success through positive customer satisfaction and feedback following a completed job
- Pick up and/or delivery of people and vehicles, driving carefully and in accordance with road rules
- Meeting dealership standards and quality assurance
- Transferring customers to and from their points of destination
- Provide frontline customer service
- Ensure the showrooms and customer facilities are clean and well presented
- Assist with reception calls, administration and other ad-hoc duties
About you: Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate: Current and valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record Proven safe driving history and strong road awareness Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional and well-presented Reliable, punctual and well organised Domestic or commercial cleaning experience Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic daily checks Must be eligible to work in Australia
