We are now seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our busy trade phone team in Arundel.

What the role entails:

• Interpreting genuine parts including sales and support for our customers
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business
• Maximise all parts sales, involving proactive communication, cross selling and opportunity identification with our clients and their operations.
• Monitor and keep informed of latest product developments and updates, using these to maximum advantage

What we are looking for:

• Genuine parts or industry experience

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business

• Enjoy and have passion for providing service advice and solutions, delivering outstanding customer service

• Current manual drivers license

• Pentana background in inventory control preferred
