We are seeking to appoint a Group Marketing Manager to lead our Victorian Marketing function. This role will be full time based in Burwood and reporting to the Executive General Manager.

About the opportunity:

This role will be responsible for leading the Victorian marketing team and the primary stakeholder in relationship management with the wider Victorian management team. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

• Retail-focused ATL & BTL campaigns designed to drive enquiry
• Provide key input into media planning and scheduling
• Dealership Activations and Partnership/Sponsorship Management
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to deliver business results
• Budget preparation and schedule planning
• Lead the planning and execution of quarterly media plans for each franchised operation to deliver on market growth requirements
• Ensure team KPIs are met, and team members receive the appropriate training and support
• Use insights and analysis to anticipate emerging consumer trends and innovate to provide profitable growth opportunities for the business

About you:

Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

• Tertiary qualification paired with demonstrated experience in retail marketing and team leadership
• Expertise in the intricacies of multi-franchise retail brand management, e-commerce and the broader digital landscape
• Superior commercial acumen
• Service-orientated with exceptional leadership skills
• Demonstrated stakeholder experience and a proven track record in strategic collaboration to deliver commercial outcomes
• Automotive experience is favourable but not mandatory
• A current drivers licence and your own vehicle
