About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant, to join our team at Toyota Cowra. To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self-starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support. 

The role will involve:

• Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base.
• Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention.
• Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
• Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.

The successful candidate will need:

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or the automotive industry.
• Strong skills in negotiating deals that balance customer satisfaction with business goals
• A commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills
• A valid NSW driver’s license.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
