About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, personable team player to join us as a Concierge/Driver at our Mosman Service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the dealership with a warm and welcoming manner
• Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasing
• Collect and return customers’ vehicles for service in a friendly, safe, and timely manner
• Manage and direct visitor parking
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain pickup schedules
• Drop off and pick up customers as required
• Maintain a safe working environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Full work rights in Australia
• A valid Australian or international driver’s licence
• A genuine, friendly personality with a strong commitment to customer service
• A high standard of personal presentation
• Ability to work outdoors when required
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
