An exciting opportunity is available for a driven Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join Macarthur Mazda, based at Campbelltown.

About the opportunity:

This role will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles, delivering a premium, end-to-end modern luxury customer experience while building a strong personal sales pipeline. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

• Proactively manage enquiries, prospect for new business and generate your own leads
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Take ownership of follow-up activity and pipeline management
• Maximise every sales opportunity while achieving volume and profitability targets
• Deliver professional vehicle presentations and product demonstrations
• Maintain strong knowledge of used vehicle models, specifications and finance options
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery and handover

About you:

This role suits a highly self-motivated individual with strong initiative, who thrives in a positive team environment and contributes to a high-performance, supportive workplace culture. You will also demonstrate:

• Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable (pre-owned experience advantageous), with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results

• Highly self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proven ability to manage time, leads and priorities
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-focused approach
• Hold a current driver license
