About the opportunity: Penfold Motor Group is seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead Afersales operations across both our Burwood and Malvern site location. As a Service Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Aftesales function, driving performance, efficiency, and customer excellence in with Audi's premium brand standards. Key Responsibilities; Lead and optimise service operations across two sites Drive productivity, efficiency, and financial performance Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with Audi standards Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing Aftersales team Own and deliver on key KPIs including labour sales, efficiency, and CSI Ensure full compliance with Audi Australia processes and standards
About you: You will demonstrate: Proven experience as a Service Manager or senior Aftersales leader (prestige experience highly regarded) Commercially driven with strong operational and financial acumen A credible leader who can drive performance, accountability, and culture Experienced in managing KPIs, team performance, and customer outcomes at scale Multi-site leadership experience is highly advantageous
