We are now seeking a highly experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Parts Sales Representative to join the team in Burwood, Melbourne. 

About the opportunity:

This role will be responsible for managing and growing trade accounts by developing strong relationships, driving parts sales growth, supporting customer needs, and ensuring a high level of service across the territory. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of trade accounts (workshops, panel, independents)
• Identify and win new trade business, follow up leads, and build long-term relationships
• Monitor territory performance and actively drive trade parts sales growth
• Support quoting, parts identification, order follow-up and service outcomes with the internal Parts team
• Monitor debtor accounts / overdue items in conjunction with internal teams
• Resolve customer issues professionally and protect customer satisfaction

About you:

Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

• Proven success in trade parts sales / territory sales / account management (automotive preferred)
• Genuine Parts experience preferred
• Strong relationship skills, disciplined follow-up, and a commercial mindset
• Confidence using EPC/portals and DMS systems (AutoIT/Pentana or similar)
