We are looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Controller to join Mercedes-Benz team in Warwick Farm.

About the role:

• Manage daily tasks for a team of technicians
• Oversee technician productivity and efficiency
• Prioritise repair orders for timely completion
• Assist with technical problem-solving
• Suggest additional work to the Service Advisor team for customer notification
• Ensure repair orders are completed correctly for warranty procedures, seeking clarification when needed
• Lead qualified technicians and apprentices to optimise service delivery
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer benchmarks
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in setting and achieving service sales and profit objectives
• Control workshop activity to maximise profitability

What we are looking for:

• Relevant work experience and trade qualifications
• Previous Workshop Controller experience preferred but not essential
• Current driver's license
• Excellent time management skills and is punctual and reliable
• Ability to lead the team
• MVTC essential
• Air-Conditioning License preferred but not essential
• ASCIS & AUVIS License preferred but not essential
• Demonstrates care and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to safety and following processes
