We are now looking for a DMS Specialist to join the National IT team. This position can be based in either Warwick Farm NSW, Melbourne VIC or Southport, QLD.

About the position:

• Provide assistance to any DMS specific project
• Ensure daily tasks are carried out relating to DMS maintenance
• Provide high level support for DMS related issues or queries for both customers and Helpdesk staff
• Work with DMS vendors to ensure our DMS’s are running to their SLA’s
• Understand patches, fixes and enhancements and work with the business to ensure they are implemented and in controlled manner with no interruption to service
• Provide training to users when required

About you:

• Knowledge in Dealer Management Systems such as era, eraPower, Tune & UNITS
• Detailed knowledge of vehicles/brands & models
• High degree of accuracy and data management skills
• Exemplary telephony and written communication skills
• Project management experience desired
